LIADI ADEYINKA OLAPADE – PRINCIPAL PARTNER

Yinka is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He also bagged the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi in 2001. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 prior to which he was articled to Egunjobi, Sulaimon & Co. He rose through the ranks and was admitted as a Partner in Sulaimon & Co in 1988. He specialises in auditing, financial advisory, investigation and computer Auditing.

He became the Managing Partner of the Firm in July 1995 consequent on the retirement of the former Senior Partner, Alhaji L.O. Sulaimon. He has played an instrumental role in the development of the Company and is the driving force behind its expansion.

Yinka had acted as the engagement director of review and assurance engagements for a number of NGOs and United Nations development organization such as United Nations Development Programme, Save the Children UK, Women Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative, to name but a few. Yinka is currently an engagement director for the statutory audit of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and its affiliate, the Nigerian Gas Company with vast knowledge of the United Nations Development Group’s activities.This makes him the most suitable candidate to take up the role of project director on this assignment as he is rich with extensive knowledge of the operating environment of the United Nations Development Group.
M. A. SULAIMON, ACA
Mr. Sulaimon is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He qualified in 1984 prior to which he was artified at Balogun Ayanfalu & Co. Subsequently, he joined E. Duro Alalade & Co and ose through the ranks to the post of Audit Manager. He joined Sulaimon & Co. in 1986 and was admitted as a partner in 1991. M. E. IJEH, B.Sc., ACA, ACTI
Mr. Ijeh is an Assocaite of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He qualified as an Accountant in 1990 prior to which he was artified to Olubi Chu & Co. He left the firm, Olubi Chu & Co, to join Sulaimon & Co in 1985. He rose to the post of Senior manager before he was admitted partner in January 1995. M.E IJEH
J. O. BOLUJOKO, ACA
James Olusola Bolujoko is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He was articled in Egunjobi Sulaimon & Co., prior to which he was an Accounts Officer with the National Electric Power Authority, Kano.He trained with Spicer & Pegler [Chartered Accountants] in Leeds, United Kingdom [1979 – 1981]. He was also on secondment to Egunjobi Sulaimon & Co., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman [1983 – 1985]. He rose through the ranks to the level of Senior Manager and was made a Partner in 2002. He has specialised interest in audit, investigation and taxation.

Al-Hassan Danesi – Project Manager

AL-Hassan is a 1993 graduate of Business Administration and Management. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria as well and also the Institute of Management Consultants. He has been an employee of the firm since 1995 to date and currently holds the position of Principal Manager. He specializes in auditing (private and public sectors), taxation, investigation, company secretaries, project management, account reconciliation and debts recoveries, and other related services.

With successful records of over 22 years trained experience in the Firm, he has continued to play a vital role in the management of the Firm and its clients. He has displayed professional conduct and discipline in leading the Firm’s major clients’ assignment such as Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Nigeria Gas Company Limited (NGC-a subsidiary of NNPC), Habib Nigera Bank Plc (now Keystone Bank Limited), Nigeria Agriculture Cooperative and Rural Development Bank Limited (now Bank of Agriculture Limited-BOA), Construction and Manufacturing Companies, Service Industry, Non-Governmental Organizations-NGOs, Schools/Institutions, etc towards result oriented and improved client relations.

Adekunle Olusakin – Quality Assurance Manager

Kunle has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, audit and assurance services and is currently a senior manager at Sulaimon and Co. Chartered Accountants.  He is responsible for various audits and specialises in consulting projects.He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has vast knowledge of the United Nations Development Group’s operating environment and had been variously involved in performing a value for money audit, and review engagements for a range of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). Kunle has good experience in internal and external audits which makes him ideal to identify gaps and weaknesses in current systems and processes as well as risks impacting the achievement of corporate strategic goals.
ALHAJI ABDULKADIR B. MUSA, FCA, FCCA, FCIS
Alhaji Balarabe Musa worked in the Public Service asTreasury Clerk, Instructor in Accounting subjects, Executive Officer, Commercial Office – Industrial Promotion, Accountant, and finally Chief Accountant/Company Secretary. Qualified as a Fellow of:

ALHASSAN DANESI, ACA
A 1993 graduate of Business Administration, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and has been with the firm since 1995. He is currently a Senior Manager in the firm and he has specialised interest in banking and small businesses.
